Fire Safety Tips

Previous Home Next

Don't leave candles burning in your home when small children or pets are nearby. And don't leave candles burning unattended.

Why
Children or pets can accidentally knock over a candle flame causing serious injury or death. Once a candle it knocked over, a fire can be out of your control in a matter of minutes.

If people food is on the same table as a burning candle and a pet decides to sample the food, the pet can easily knock over the candle or even catch themselves on fire carrying the fire throughout the home.
